Valan Puli / Kol Puli / Sambar Puli is a sweet tangy pulp which is used in various cuisines around the world. This pulp is also used in traditional medicine and as a metal polish too. It’s considered to be the “Dates” of India.
Our premium dried seedless tamarind pulp can be used as a flavouring for its sweet, sour, fruity aroma and taste. It will be available as a pressed fibrous slab (Pitted), where it’s flavour will be more authentic than the commercially available ones.
